Every month

 How many social media posts do I receive? 

Every month, you'll receive 15 new social posts designed to engage your audience and achieve your goals. We'll email reminders pointing you to our Rocket Scheduler, where you can evaluate the posts and green-light them for publishing.

 What is your revision policy? How many rounds of edits can I expect on content you produce? 

Unlike many agencies, we place no limits on revisions. We're happy to refine and revise content drafts as many times as needed until you're fully satisfied.

 Who’s creating the posts?  

After you sign up, we will assign you an experienced social media manager who specializes in your industry. They will take the time to thoroughly research your business and brand voice before crafting customized social content for you.

 Do you need my login information?  

Not at all! Our platform integrates seamlessly with your social media accounts in just seconds without needing your login credentials.

 What type of supports do you offer?  

For support, we provide both Zoom video calls and email assistance. 

  • Once you become a client, we offer weekly Zoom calls for the first month to ensure you're satisfied, then monthly check-ins after that. 

  • Your dedicated social media manager is available for Zoom calls. Additionally, our team is on hand to support you via email 7 days per week.

 What do I have to do?  

Just review and confirm the posts every month, which can take less than 5 minutes!
